TotalEnergies is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its "Hayyakom" event, a two-day program designed to welcome new employees and their families who have recently embarked on a new journey in Qatar, and to familiarize them in the Qatar Culture.
The word "Hayyakom" holds a special place in the Qatari vocabulary, embodying the spirit of hospitality that is ingrained in the local culture. It is an invitation to be part of the community, an ethos that TotalEnergies strongly believes in.

They were also introduced to the company's extensive sustainability development efforts that are integral to its operations worldwide.
The first part of the event focused on introducing new employees to the company and helping them familiarize themselves with their new surroundings. Attendees reinforced on TotalEnergies' global mission to pioneer cleaner, more sustainable energy forms in a bid to address the looming challenges posed by climate change
During the second part of the event, new employees and their families had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Qatar's rich culture by spending time with a Qatari family in a traditional majlis, a form of communal space used for social gatherings. Attendees were treated to a host of cultural experiences that showcased the best of Qatari hospitality and traditions.
