TotalEnergies, Partner in FIA World Endurance Championship 2025 Season Opener in Qatar

Doha, February 24, 2025 – TotalEnergies is delighted to continue its partnership with the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) as the Multi-Energy Partner and Official Fuel Supplier for all its races including the 2025 season opener, the Qatar 1812 KM, scheduled from February 26 to 28, 2025, at the Lusail International Circuit.

This approximately 10-hour race, named in honor of Qatar’s National Day, will feature an exceptional lineup of motorsport talent.

 

As the Multi-Energy Partner and Official Fuel Supplier, TotalEnergies is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that support the sustainability of the sport.

TotalEnergies is also collaborating with Team Peugeot-TotalEnergies and Alpine Endurance Team. For Alpine Endurance Team, TotalEnergies is the proud partner for ELF Lubricants.

In its commitment to sustainability, TotalEnergies is supplying Excellium Racing 100, a sustainable fuel produced from biomass, which reduces CO2 emissions by at least 65%1 over its life cycle. This 100% certified2 sustainable fuel was first introduced at the FIA World Endurance Championships in March 2022 and is now used by all competitors in the event.

 

The Qatar 1812 KM marks the start of an exciting year for motorsport in Qatar, showcasing innovation, competition, and sustainability. TotalEnergies invites all fans to visit its booth in the fan zone on the 27 and 28 of February, for an engaging experience with its simulator and to experience this exciting chapter of motorsport innovation.
