TotalEnergies Qatar Welcomes Aurélie Bruyant as Incoming VP Operated Asset

TotalEnergies is pleased to welcome Aurélie Bruyant as the new Vice President Operated Asset for our Qatar affiliate.

With over two decades of experience in the energy sector, Aurélie brings a wealth of operational expertise, having worked in France, USA, the UK, Gabon, the Netherlands, and Norway. A graduate of École Polytechnique in Sorbonne and University of Cergy-Pointoise, she has led diverse teams across upstream and development projects and most recently served as Head of Drilling & Wells Service for New Prospects and Development Studies at TotalEnergies OneTech France.

To mark her arrival, Aurélie was also hosted in a TWICE “Coffee & Share” session with staff, moderated by Rawan Barakat, Head of HR Operations & Business Partnering. During the conversation, she reflected on key leadership moments, the importance of soft skills, and her personal commitment to gender equity and mentorship: “Push your female colleagues a little more. I was lucky to be pushed, and I’m here today because of it.”
